section of a grocery store or farmers market, you will find hundreds of
different kinds of fruits and vegetables, each with their own unique
flavor. You may want to try different kinds each week just to
see
if you like them. Once you have found the selections that you like, you
can try new and creative ways to add them to your menu.
Once you
have gotten in the habit of eating fruits and vegetables, you
will automatically head to the produce section as soon as you enter the
store. Eating right does not have to be a chore, it can be fun,
exciting, and most of all, it will be very tasty.
